Fermentation was in French oak barriques, 25% new, with half the juice seeing only wild yeasts. Malolactic fermentation followed with time on lees. A gleaming yellow gold colour. Richly composed, there are still some oak notes evident, but integration is afoot. Tropical notes, with stonefruit and beeswax. Supple, layered and lingering, this is
