A Third Reich Period Wasserschutzpolizei Civil Police Sleeve Eagle; Uniform Removed United Republic of maker marked BIRKSA textbook police eagle belonging to a member of the Wasserschutzpolizei (Waterway and Lake constabulary) sleeve eagle; constructed of golden yellow machine embroidery; on a dark blue black wool backer; black rayon backing on the reverse; measuring 83 mm x 88 mm; uniform removed with soiling evident from wear; in near very fine condition.
