Rippon Mature Vine Pinot Noir 2022 tasmania that was really the onlyFragrant and deeply perfumed, the bouquet shows layers of wild strawberries, dark cherries, violets and subtle spice, unfolding with forest floor, blood orange and savoury undertones. The palate is refined and structured, with chalky tannins and bright acidity guiding the ripe red fruit core. Textural, poised and mineral, this wine is elegant yet powerful, offering both immediate charm and long term cellaring potential.
